• Set the machine on anything that is the correct height for you to be comfortable. There is a pad on the bottom to restrict slipping on a table top. It will slip at some point if you are trying to wrap too tight. Place the foot pedal in a comfortable position.  You may stand or sit to use and both work well. Just make yourself comfortable.

  

  The bolt on top of drill sets the MAXIMUM speed. This will keep winder from running off with you. As you become use to the winding you can speed up.  Turn to right for faster and left for slower. Feed the wrap thru the guides and thread the Velcro tongue between the rods in the center of winder. Hold in place a turn or so till it tightens on itself.  The felt part of the Velcro on the wrap where tongue attaches should be up or towards you. Just like doing by hand. Then use both hands to guide and “unfurl” the wrap as you press the pedal. The tighter you hold while feeding determines the tightness of final wrap. If you hold too tight, the wrap can be difficult to remove.  A few wraps rolled will give you the “feel” to wrap just right.

  

  I have taken every effort to eliminate any dangers. You should be careful like you would with any thing mechanical or electrical.  You shouldn’t let your hair get in winder when winding. If this happens, quit winding and wind backwards by hand. Same for loose clothes, I-Pod wires, etc. You should not use this machine while taking a bath, standing outside in a lighting storm, drunk, or other similar situation.

  
   

  DO NOT LET THE RESIDENT HORSE TRAINER FOOL WITH IT. HE/SHE WILL TEAR IT UP OR GET HURT! YOU KNOW HOW THEY ARE!!
